MemoHoney Ingredients

Quick Answer

MemoHoney combines L-Arginine, L-Arginine AKG, L-Citrulline HCL, L-Citrulline Malate, Niacin and Beta-Alanine to support the nitric-oxide pathway.

The amino acids are genuinely studied, but individual doses aren't published - and dosage often determines whether an ingredient actually works.

Six ingredients, one nitric-oxide pathway

MemoHoney keeps its formula relatively tight and focused: four amino-acid compounds feeding the nitric-oxide pathway, plus one essential vitamin and one supporting ingredient. For each, here’s what it does and how strong the evidence actually is.

L-Arginine

The backbone of the formula. A well-studied amino acid the body converts directly into nitric oxide, supporting healthy blood vessel function and circulation. It's one of the more researched nitric-oxide precursors for cardiovascular and circulatory support.

L-Arginine AKG 2:1

A specialised form of arginine (bound to alpha-ketoglutarate) included to complement nitric oxide production and provide an additional source of the same amino acid, potentially with a different absorption profile.

L-Citrulline HCL

Converts into arginine inside the body, which makes it an efficient, sustained route to nitric oxide. Some research suggests citrulline can raise arginine levels even more effectively than arginine taken directly.

L-Citrulline Malate

Pairs citrulline with malate, providing another source of citrulline while complementing the overall nitric-oxide pathway through a slightly different form often used in performance contexts.

Niacin (Vitamin B3)

An essential vitamin with a well-established role in normal cellular energy metabolism and healthy nervous-system function. Worth noting: niacin can cause a temporary, harmless flushing sensation in some people.

Beta-Alanine

Commonly used in performance and endurance supplements. It's included to round out the formula, but we'll be straight: the evidence for a specific cognitive benefit from beta-alanine is limited, so don't over-weight it.

The dosing question

The most important honest limitation: while every ingredient is named, the individual milligram amounts aren’t published in the materials we reviewed. With supplements, dosage is often everything — a well-studied ingredient below its effective dose may do little. Without those numbers, it’s hard to know whether the formula matches the doses used in the supporting research. We cover why this matters in why dosage transparency matters.

A note on interactions

Because L-Arginine and L-Citrulline act on the nitric-oxide pathway, they can interact with blood pressure medication, nitrates and PDE5 inhibitors. If you take any of these, a doctor conversation is essential before use.
